GM: Hydranis PCs: Monty, Lyra, Mizu
The party set out from Ivanhoe and sailed across Lake Hylell to May. Once the ship was anchored in port the party made their way on foot towards the city. Upon their arrival the group found a newly built city wall. Two kobold sentries spotted the party, after a short negotiation they agreed to get their leader. The gates opened and a large company of kobolds spewed forth to surround us. Then an ornately dressed human stepped forth and introduced himself as Percy. It turned out that Percy and Monty were acquainted, as a result the party was given special privilege for the duration of their stay.
Over the next three days the group enjoyed the luxuries of Percy's hospitality. It was a refreshing break from the months of adventuring throughout the lands. After learning of the party's mission to Alcadia, Percy offered to send his best guide to accompany the party through the mountains. The group accepted and made preparations for the journey north. Lyra acquired the necessary equipment to stave off the bitter cold as Monty and Mizu gathered more supplies.
With their stamina restored the group departed May with their kobold guide Kip. The journey was relatively uneventful as the party ascended in altitude. After a while Kip led the group into the caverns. Things seemed to be going well until the cave shuttered with the sounds of crashing rock and earth. A titanic centipede appeared and attacked the party. It was a long and arduous fights, but the party prevailed despite the wounds suffered by many.

A few additions:
During their first dinner, the party met a half-black dragon Kobold named Moraleth. He seemed suspicious of the party and showed a bit of hostility towards Monty for unknown reasons. He said something along the lines of "You and your friends were responsible for the slaughter of my people."
While travelling with Kip, the party began their ascent of the mountains to find the cave that would lead them into the frozen wastes. Kip pointed out, to the north east, that the ocean and the are of what is known as "Hell's Isle" was completely void of light. He said that it didn't look like any normal storm, but some sort of sign of omen.
